Okay, besties, let’s talk about project risk management.  Imagine launching a BestShape marketplace promo without checking if suppliers have enough stock or not planning for possible delays in shipping (weather problems!). One hiccup and boom—angry customers, bad reviews, and unnecessary stress. Think of risk management like setting multiple alarms on your phone. One might fail, but the others ensure you wake up on time. The same goes for projects—having contingency plans means you’re never caught off guard.
